Job Title: Tile Layout, Cutting Plan & Quantity Takeoff from DWG (Multiple Rooms) Job Description: I am looking for a CAD specialist / drafting professional with experience in tile layout design and construction detailing. The task involves creating detailed tile layouts based on DWG files for multiple rooms. Scope of Work: Create accurate tile layout drawings for each room based on DWG plans Include grout lines (seams) and 10 mm aluminum profiles where specified Design detailed tile cutting plans (showing all cut tiles and their positions) Calculate exact quantity of: Full tiles Cut tiles Total consumption per room Prepare a clean and readable PDF output for each room Start with room 3105 as a test sample before proceeding to other rooms Important Notes: Some rooms include two tile types and require higher detailing accuracy Precision is very important for installation planning Example drawing for room 3105 is provided (hand sketch included for reference) Deliverables: PDF drawing for each room Tile cutting layout plans Material quantity calculation sheet (per room) Requirements: Strong experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software Experience in tile layout / construction detailing preferred Ability to work with DWG files accurately Attention to detail is critical
