A set of fully engineered commercial plans is ready to be fed into McCormick, and I need a complete estimate generated from those drawings. The scope is strictly commercial, so assemblies, labor units, and pricing should match typical commercial construction standards rather than residential or industrial templates. The work involves three core pieces: • Material takeoff pulled directly from the PDFs, tagged and grouped by feeder, branch, lighting, gear, and special systems. • Labor cost estimation using McCormick’s built-in labor units, adjusted where field experience suggests a more accurate figure. • A consolidated project cost summary that rolls material, labor, tax, and markup into one easy-to-read sheet. All plans are already packaged, clearly labeled, and ready for import; no drafting or design time is required. Deliver the native McCormick file along with an exported Excel/PDF copy of the takeoff sheets and summary so the pricing can be reviewed by accounting.
