Hi there, I saw your job posting and would love to be part of what you do. I have been a virtual assistant for 5 years now. I specialize in administration, lead generation, content writing, web scraping, and social media management. Although I do not have any work experience with Australian travel landscapes or any travel-related work, I believe my extensive work experience in other areas will help me greatly. Contacting clients and assisting them with their needs is basically what I am capable of. I am not a former senior consultant, but I would be happy to have a conversation with you and answer your questions if somehow I piqued your interest. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards, Kit

Hi, This role interests me because it blends everything I’ve done for years in the Australian travel industry: premium client support, complex fare handling, and after‑hours problem‑solving. I enjoy the responsibility of managing disruptions, reissues, and urgent rerouting, especially for high‑value travellers who expect precision and calm under pressure. I’m the right fit because I have deep, hands‑on experience with Australian‑origin fares, complex itineraries, ticketing rules, and GDS work (Amadeus preferred, Sabre secondary). I’m used to working autonomously, making confident decisions, and resolving emergencies when no one else is available. Former senior consultant in an Australian agency handling First/Business Class, round‑the‑world fares, cruise packages, and bespoke itineraries. Managed ticketing, reissues, fare construction, and after‑hours disruptions for corporate and premium leisure clients. Based remotely, aligned with AEST and available for after‑hours, weekends, and emergency coverage. Happy to provide my CV and discuss how I can support your VIP clients seamlessly.

Hi, Good day. This role requires deep Australian travel industry + Amadeus experience, and I want to be upfront—I don’t have direct GDS/Amadeus booking experience or prior work inside an Australian travel agency. That said, if you’re open to support in a non-GDS capacity, I can assist with: Customer communication and coordination Admin support, itinerary documentation, and follow-ups Handling inquiries and organizing travel-related data Supporting consultants with structured tasks However, for after-hours emergency handling, fare construction, and ticketing, you’ll need someone with hands-on Amadeus expertise. If you'd like, I can still support your team in an operational or assistant role alongside your senior consultants. Thanks, Debashish
