Who we are We build brands into global IPs through organic content. Our clients are football clubs, video game studios, anime brands, and entertainment companies. We don't do generic content. We build worlds. The role We're looking for a creative ninja. A storyteller that understands how to plan and create top tier content that goes viral but also leaves a lasting impact for viewers. We want someone that understands sustainable virality, and can combine the best of genuine viral content (even if unhinged) with brand memorability. We want to do content that does not feel like an ad or a brand talking with people, similar to the impact that brands like Duolingo, Supercell, and KFC have on their fans. We’re looking for someone who gets a brief and runs with it, no hand-holding needed. And that can help turn new and existing IPs into full world building through short form, and later on mid form content that makes people stop scrolling, and convert into fans, players, users, customers at scale. You'll take on content building for multiple IPs (5 of them we are working with right now), building their content universe from the ground up and producing content that actually hits. We’re looking for someone that can start as a contractor and grow into a leadership position as we scale these IPs. What you'll do Transform an IP brief and convert it into a full world with lore, characters, tone, visual identity, platform strategy, but more importantly to be able to produce top tier short-form content from it When the client has a visual kit, we send it. When they don't, you build it (and evolve it based on audience feedback and algorithm updates) Be able to Produce animated content and/or edit IRL footage depending on the client Handle multiple clients at once, each with their own voice and universe Stay sharp on trends and move fast when a format is working, understand key success metrics for short-form content and iterate content based on data + engagement Make smart content decisions around monetization, potential bans, and overall ToS: music, platform rules, what's safe and what gets flagged Communicate clearly and proactively. No one should have to chase you You're the one if You've made content go viral consistently and you know exactly why You can animate and edit IRL footage You understand monetization across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram You have strong instincts for story, hooks, and format. No need to explain those to you You can hold 5 different client worlds in your head without losing the thread Your content has soul. AI tools are part of your workflow but they don't replace your creative instinct Bonus points You love anime, gaming, or football, ideally all three You have a personal project that performed You've created content around live sporting events or big cultural moments US-based or very strong English-speaking internet culture fluency Send us: Portfolio with view counts A personal project you made just for fun A short note: pick one of our verticals (football, gaming, anime, entertainment) and tell us what world you'd build
