Organ Donation Campaign

I'm looking for a freelancer to run a social media campaign across various social media platforms to find potential living organ donors for a liver transplant (not the donation is of a small lobe of a healthy person's liver, which regenerates itself over a period of months - so this isn't the same as donating a kidney, which doesn't regenerate). The primary goal of this campaign is to find potential donors. We're offering to pay $20 to $25 per hour, rather than a fixed price because finding a compatible donor can take a long time. There will, however, be a bonus for early success. For obvious reasons, time is of the essence. Finally - there is already a Facebook page for living donor search (to which you'll have access), but it's kind of lame so far, which is why we need you. Also - Facebook skews toward an older audience, which isn't our target audience.
