The goal is to take the existing foundation (9 core modules with HTML/JS prototypes) and transform it into a **professional, polished, market-ready web application** that looks and feels like a high-end corporate leadership program. The platform must support both individual executive purchasers and potential future corporate/enterprise licensing. ### Current State - Foundational content and interactive prototypes exist for **9 core leadership modules** (built in HTML/JS and previously hosted on Netlify). - Core themes already developed include: 360° feedback/rater system, Emotional Intelligence (EI), Strategic Thinking, Change Management, and related leadership competencies. - The current version is functional for internal/prototype use but needs significant visual modernization, content depth, interactivity, and full web app infrastructure to be commercially viable. ### Scope of Work #### 1. Visual & Brand Refresh (UI/UX Design) - Create a cohesive, modern, premium design system (color palette, typography, iconography, spacing, components). - Design a professional brand identity that conveys trust, growth, and executive gravitas (think clean corporate with subtle growth-oriented accents). - Produce high-fidelity Figma designs for all key screens before development begins. - Key screens include: - Marketing/landing pages (homepage, program overview, pricing, testimonials placeholders) - User dashboard with progress overview and personalized insights - Individual module experience pages - 360° feedback flow and report views - Assessment and exercise interfaces - Resource library and certificate area #### 2. Content Enhancement & Module Completion - Review and refresh the existing 9 modules. - Add high-quality supporting content for each module, including: - Clear learning objectives and executive-level framing - Practical frameworks, models, and diagnostic tools - Real-world case studies and business scenarios (anonymized or generic) - Reflection prompts and action-planning templates - Knowledge-check quizzes or scenario-based exercises - Downloadable worksheets, checklists, and one-page summaries (PDF generation) - Ensure content feels current, research-informed, and immediately applicable to senior leaders. - Integrate or enhance interactive elements (self-assessments, 360 rater, progress trackers, personalized feedback). #### 3.
