In-Person Pharma Product Training

I’m rolling out a new range of pharmaceutical products and want my field team of sales representatives fully prepared before launch. I need an experienced pharma trainer who can come on-site and run interactive sessions that blend deep product knowledge with practical sales techniques. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Content depth – You should be able to explain indications, contraindications, competitive positioning, and key clinical data clearly, then pivot into persuasive, compliant sales messaging my reps can use in front of physicians. • Engaging delivery – Live demonstrations, role-plays, objection-handling drills, and quick knowledge checks that keep a room energized. • Structured materials – Slide deck, concise product monographs, and a takeaway pocket guide so the team can refresh themselves after training. • Real-world alignment – Examples and case studies drawn from current market dynamics and up-to-date regulatory standards. The sessions will be held at our headquarters over one to two days; I’m open to splitting theory and sales labs across multiple blocks if that improves retention.
