YouTube Sponsorship Manager Needed

My community has snowballed over the last year and I’m about to open a paid membership tier alongside a brand-new YouTube channel. The first revenue pillar I want in place is stable sponsorship income, so I’m looking for an experienced Sponsorship Manager to own that stream end-to-end. Here’s the picture: the audience is engaged, growth is steady, and I’m completely open to partnering with lifestyle, tech, health & wellness—or any other brand that’s a natural fit. Your job is to turn that flexibility into signed deals and clear, mutually beneficial integrations inside both the public channel and the members-only space. Key expectations • Research and shortlist ideal sponsors that align with our voice and values. • Craft compelling outreach assets, manage cold and warm pitches, and nurture every lead. • Negotiate contracts that protect the community experience while hitting agreed revenue targets. • Design sponsored-content plans that feel organic—video shout-outs, member perks, product placement, live integrations, or other creative formats. • Track performance, report ROI, and refine strategy based on data. Acceptance criteria 1. Within 30 days: a vetted list of at least 50 potential sponsors plus a contact/action tracker. 2. Within 45 days: a minimum of three active negotiations in progress. 3. Within 60 days: at least one executed sponsorship deal and an implementation schedule for its deliverables.
