Daily CSV Email Verification

Each evening I place fewer than 50 fresh CSV lists in a dedicated OneDrive folder. The task is straightforward: 1. Open each file, run it through the web-based email verifier I will provide (no licence needed—just log-in credentials). 2. Save the cleaned list back to the same folder, keeping the original name plus “-verified”. 3. Record a brief report in a Word or Google Doc. A simple table showing file name, total rows processed, valid emails, invalid emails, and any errors is all that’s required. The process must be completed the same night the files appear so our marketing team can act first thing next morning. Consistency, accuracy, and respect for data privacy are critical; any bounce-rate spikes will be reviewed against your logs. Acceptance criteria • All daily files processed before 11 p.m. (GMT) • Verification accuracy matches the software’s summary report • Daily text report saved in the shared “Verification-Reports” folder If you already work comfortably with OneDrive, cloud email hygiene tools, and basic document reporting, the workflow will feel familiar and should take under an hour most days.
