I need 10 actions and tips to do day each day that help people to avoid sugar or create new habits.
Day 1 : Track everything you eat today. Calculate all the sugars eat or drink.
Day 2 : Create a meal prep for the next 2 days. One of the best way to avoid added sugar is to prep your healthy meal and snacks.
Day 3 : Drink 8 glasses of water during the day.

It should be 10 small challenge with explication to know why how this action will help you in their future.
