English Content Writer for Websites

Hello, I am looking for someone to write content for websites, flyers, etc. that we design and develop. For some projects we will have a general idea of what the client wants to write, while on other projects we may have nothing to go off of except the company name and their industry, so I'm expecting the writer to have a creative mind in order to help us figure out what content should be included. It's not uncommon for us to determine the general content and then build our website/flyer around that. Most of the writing will probably be minimal, after all we're not writing boring documentations and manuals. I'm a strong believer that less is more as long as it's impactful and persuades the reader to interact or initiate contact. Some of the writing may even consist of coming up with catchy, single-liners or rewriting ideas to be more concise and better sounding. My expectation is that your creativity and writing skills exceed mine, so people who's first language is not English should not apply. It would also be ideal if your English was US or Canadian, not British/Australian/etc... Being located in North America is also a bonus because of the timezone convenience (Not to mention that sometimes it's just easier to pick up the phone and discuss ideas). Knowledge of how to write keyword rich articles for SEO is also a bonus. For consideration, I ask that you showcase your skills by rewriting this job posting. Also please include how much you would charge to write content for a single page of a website. For greater clarity let's imagine is a sales landing page for a google adword campaign.
