What you'll do: Build and clean targeted prospect lists in our niche (startups, SMBs, and enterprises needing app/software/AI development) Write compelling cold email sequences and follow-ups that get replies Set up and manage campaigns (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Mailshake, or similar) Handle deliverability: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation to avoid spam Track opens, replies, and booked meetings; optimize based on data You should have: Proven results with cold email lead gen (please share numbers/case studies) Experience with list-building and email verification tools Strong English copywriting skills Knowledge of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR basics) To apply: Tell me one campaign you ran, the reply/meeting rate you achieved, and which tools you used.
