# NDIS Provider Registration Consultant – 0110 Specialist Behaviour Support & 0128 Therapeutic Supports We are seeking an experienced NDIS Provider Registration and Compliance Consultant to assist our allied health organisation, Beam Therapy, with a new NDIS provider registration application. We are an established allied health organisation with an existing clinical team, including: - 2 Occupational Therapists - 1 Speech Pathologist - 2 experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners Our intended registration groups are: - **0128 – Therapeutic Supports** - **0110 – Specialist Positive Behaviour Support** As our application includes Specialist Positive Behaviour Support, we expect to undergo a **Certification Audit** and are looking for someone who can help us prepare the organisation to be fully audit-ready. ## Scope of Work We need assistance with the full compliance and documentation preparation process, including: ### 1. NDIS Registration Preparation Review our organisation, corporate structure, staffing and current systems and advise us on what is required for registration under 0110 and 0128. Assist with preparation of the NDIS Commission application and self-assessment against the applicable NDIS Practice Standards. ### 2. Corporate Governance & Compliance Framework Develop or review our organisational governance framework, including areas such as: - Corporate governance - Clinical governance - Quality management - Risk management - Delegations and responsibilities - Key personnel responsibilities - Organisational structure - Compliance monitoring - Internal auditing and continuous improvement The documents should be customised to our organisation rather than generic template packs. ### 3. NDIS Policies and Procedures Prepare, customise and/or review the policies and procedures required for a Certification Audit, including the applicable Core Module requirements. This may include: - Participant rights and responsibilities - Person-centred supports - Privacy, confidentiality and information management - Consent and decision-making - Complaints and feedback - Incident management - Reportable incidents - Risk management - Human resources - Worker screening - Staff competency, training and supervision - Conflict of interest - Service agreements - Emergency and disaster management - Continuity of supports - Quality management and continuous improvement - Abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence prevention ### 4. Specialist Behaviour Support – Module 2 A major part of this engagement is preparing Beam Therapy for registration under **0110 – Specialist Positive Behaviour Support**. We require someone with genuine experience in NDIS Behaviour Support compliance who can develop or review our systems relating to: - Behaviour Support referrals and intake - Practitioner allocation - Functional Behaviour Assessments - Interim Behaviour Support Plans - Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans - Behaviour Support Plan review processes - Data collection and outcome monitoring - Practitioner supervision and clinical governance - Restrictive practice identification and management - Regulated restrictive practices - Reduction and elimination of restrictive practices - Consent and authorisation processes - Behaviour Support Plan lodgement and reporting - Interaction with implementing providers - Record keeping and compliance monitoring Our Behaviour Support clinicians are experienced practitioners, so we are primarily seeking assistance with the **provider-level governance, documentation and compliance framework**, rather than basic clinical training. ### 5. HR and Clinician Compliance Files Review our clinician and personnel documentation and provide an audit-ready checklist for: - AHPRA registration - Speech Pathology Australia / CPSP documentation - Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability documentation - NDIS Worker Screening - WWCC where applicable - Qualifications - Professional development / CPD - Clinical supervision - Employment / contractor documentation - Position descriptions - Staff induction - Performance and competency records ### 6. Audit Preparation Assist us in preparing for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Certification Audit. We would like support with: - Audit evidence preparation - Document register - Evidence matrix against NDIS Practice Standards - Staff preparation for auditor interviews - Mock audit / gap analysis - Corrective action preparation if required - Review of our systems before the formal audit ## Ideal Consultant We are specifically looking for someone who has: - Direct experience helping providers successfully register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - Experience with **Certification Audits** - Strong knowledge of **0110 Specialist Positive Behaviour Support** - Strong knowledge of **0128 Therapeutic Supports** - Experience with the NDIS Practice Standards Core Module and Specialist Behaviour Support Module - Experience preparing corporate governance, clinical governance and compliance frameworks - Experience working with allied health providers - Experience dealing with approved NDIS quality auditors is highly desirable We are **not looking for generic policy templates only**. We want someone who can understand our actual organisation, identify gaps, customise the required documentation and help make Beam Therapy genuinely audit-ready. ## When Applying Please include: 1.
