I lead the Learning & Development Organization at Dassault Systemes, India. At Dassault Systemes we endeavor to create a culture of learning by integratinf learning into every aspect of talent management. I am a certified training professional from the Indian Society for training and development (ISTD.) with rich experience of facilitation, designing and coaching. 5 years of my career I have spent as an entrepreneur. Training, coaching and interacting with people is not just a job that I take but a passion that I enjoy thoroughly. I have created competency based programs for clients from a gamut of sectors including manufacturing, real estate, IT, ITES, banking and educational institutions. In my stint as an entrepreneur and a consultant I have facilitated a diverse audience, including mid-level executives, senior and top management employees, leadership teams and MBA students. I also worked with a fleet of freelance consultants and trainers for various assignments for my clients. I am certified NLP coach and an Extended DISC administrator. I was selected for the prestigious ISB and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneurs Certificate Programme. I am a keen learner and an avid read.
