I need you to write some content for a website. Securing positive 4 or 5 star Reviews is the goal and more referrals. I am a real estate broker and want to focus on getting more reviews from my clients.
There are 3 times during the home buying or selling process that we ahould reach out to the clients to get referrals and reviews.
What i would like is for someone to create the content on survey monkey or some other app that will send text message referral requests and/or reviews (2 each) during the 6 weeks we have the client under contract. Then when the real estate transaction closes, have you call the client to perform an exit interview and spend about 5 minutes over the phone learning their experience. Then from there you will write up a brief overview of their experince for them in the first person. (As if you are speaking for them). Then you will email the client back with the synopsis, and request that if the review looks good to them, then request the client to copy & paste the paragraph into the 5 review sites.
