Tongue-in-cheek blog posts to a corporate web site

I am looking for a freelance writer who can write "tongue in cheek" type short stories about challenges in business. The content is intended for a start-up company whose mission is to provide IT solutions for business. The IT solutions will be supply chain management (SCM), ERP, CRM (Customer Relationship Managemenet) and financials management. Large part of our value-add to the clients is to map the processes and eliminate unneccessary bureaucracy. Thus the point of the stories is to exaggerate the prolems and allow readers to relate to them. Writing style should be tongue-in-cheek and make the reader smile. Other features for the stories: - The writer should have some familiarity with Mexican culture and what challenges people are facing there - Main protagonist in the stories should be El Santo, Mexican folklore character - The language should be British English (Oxfordian preferred), NOT American English - Stories should be between 3000 and 6000 characters (spaces included) - I would prefer the freelancer to offer a quote per story. Initially I would like to have the example story edited and the writer to write three more similar(ish) stories. - The content would be published as Creative Content lisense without restrictions, thus the writer can utilize the content as he or she pleases Attached is a first draft of one example story illustrating horrible bureaucracy of the government. This story is not finished nor edited yet. It is included in order to give the writer an idea of what I am looking for.
