Create an equipment lease agreement. Under this agreement the lessor will pay a fixed monthly price for my equipment, mobile charging stations. They essentially work like vending machines. Therefore under the agremeent lessor will earn 100% of whatever he makes on the leased equipment, including revenue streams from battery rental and advertisement sales. Rental price and other pricing decisions will be up to lessor. My company will handle the network/backend for the lessor. We will adjust the price, ads, customer service, refunds and pay out lessor's revenue at the end of each month. The revenue we pay out to the lessor will be from the rentals he makes each month minus our processing fees and network fees. This agreement has to follow all US laws and be willing to hold up in court in case lessor stops or does not want to continue paying/ all sales are final.
