REQUIREMENT PART TIME GOVT CONTRACT SPECIALIST Our company is looking for experienced Govt contract bidder to join us asap. You will perform a range of duties including negotiating contract terms, preparing contracts, evaluating bids, and researching current regulations. About us Having 21 years of industry experience, we are working with independent retailers to provide the best fuel and highest level of service to communities throughout Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee - USA. Over the years, the company has grown by buying and selling stations, converting bays into convenience stores, partnering with fast food brands, and building ground up new to industry locations. This growth has provided us experience from the perspective of a buyer, seller, lease dealer, open dealer, franchisee, owner, contract operator, and wholesale distributor, virtually all classes of trade within the gasoline retailing industry. Responsibilities  You should enjoy drafting and editing contracts, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract agreements, and legal terminology.  You will be responsible for supporting bids from pre-positioning, through to the conclusion of contract negotiations, including leading on the compliance and administrative elements of these bids.  Negotiate contract agreements for fuel requirement.  Prepare and edit contracts & Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.  Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.  Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.  Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws. Requirement - Experienced with responding to government solicitations, including RFPs and RFQs - Broad experience with government contract - Excellent research, reading & writing skills - Strong ability in developing agreements - Excellent negotiating interpersonal and contract management skills.  Salary Range: ₹ 15000-20000/per month  Work schedule: Monday to Friday & Shift hours can be 8:30PM - 10:30PM IST  Fully Remote & Direct Hiring.
