If it is a license for online use then the agreement will be a straightforward copyright license agreement. If it is copyright assignment/transfer then the agreement will transfer the copyright to you while allowing the current owner to retain some right (offline use). In return you can provide them an exclusive or non-exclusive license back to use it for limited purposes. 2. You can put an exclusive licenses agreement in place with the image owner and get the rights to be able to use the images for commercial purposes without restriction on a perpetual basis.
