PROJECT 1: E-COMMERCE WEBSITE. I am a South Africa-based entrepreneur that created a GROUP OF COMPANIES (SEE Company structure). The ones in yellow are the priority. See attached trademark "BADASS". The trademark has been registered. I want to start the company as a complete online e-commerce store that sells BADASS items and can also interact with the public, uploading any BAD ASS Items they want to share. Through that sharing, more products will be added in the categories that can be seen as BAD ASS. I have bought the domains already to be used for the website. PROJECT 3: Stationary website for AFRIGAZER ENTERPRISE (PTY) LTD. I will supply the material for this company, but I will also need a " tab" that, if you click " Financial Accounting Services" will go to Brits Accountants.
The websites, after hand-over, will be given to a local website management company in South Africa to manage the content/graphics, changes and add and remove products etc. Any suggestions on the above will be welcomed.
