Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Google Ads + Digital Marketing Specialist who has experience running and optimizing paid search campaigns for U.S. local service businesses, ideally in home services or similar. You’ll help us generate leads, calls, and bookings through targeted advertising and smart campaign management. Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting local customers in Michigan & surrounding areas • Optimize campaigns for conversions (calls, form fills, service bookings) • Conduct keyword research specific to drain, sewer, and plumbing services • Track, analyze, and report performance (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) • Provide recommendations to improve campaign ROI • Optional: assist with Facebook/Instagram ads, SEO, and landing page optimization Requirements: • Proven experience managing Google Ads for U.S. companies (especially local services) • Strong knowledge of PPC strategies and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) • Excellent communication in English • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Portfolio of past campaigns or case studies
