Convert Existing API code to Payment gateway plugin

Hello . . I've done various payment gateways for woocommerce. Most recent is subscription payment by Gift card . . Delivery would be within 2 days as requested. Initial delivery is 1 day and another day for any possible revision. Probably faster since the api code already exists . . Please consider and let me know . . Thank you
