To speed up the process, I would recommend that we use some degree of AI and OCR, not that only throw the file at AI and not check it, but give it the initial bruntforce of the work for it to do, perhaps it will solve 70 % of the file, I check the contents of it and import it into Excel and the rest of 30 % is done manually.
