Original content for drunk driving/alcohol breath tester site

I am looking for someone with excellent writing and research skills to write articles related to a list of different keywords relating to drunk driving (alcohol, breathalyzers, drunk driving, etc.) I will provide the keyword sets and key word density ranges. These articles are for creating content-rich pages to place on an alcohol breathalyzer website for the purpose of improving search engine rankings for the entire site. I am interested in creating numerous one page articles, ranging between 300 - 800 words per article, containing the various keyword sets and densities identified by me (some flexibility here). The content can be found / borrowed / and compiled from other web sources and does not have to be structurally perfect - just have keywords in the headlines and in the articles. The goal is to create pertinent articles that visitors feel are informative and that also do well in the search engines. I am willing to pay $5/article, with a 10 article minimum ($50/10 articles).
