Content Writing and Rewriting for Website - SEO Friendly

Hi, I am looking for an experienced writer that understands SEO friendly content. I am trying to add a few pages and rewrite a few pages for our website and the pages will be for individual cities that we service. There are 6 pages for different cities that are currently online and need to be rewritten. These include Plano, Rockwall, Mckinney, Allen, Highland Park, Mesquite. You can see these listed on the right hand side of the blog. These are all cities in Texas. Link is here>>v [login to view URL] I would like to add a couple other cities to the list that I need to have content created for. I am thinking 300-400 words per page? Those cities include: Dallas, Irving, Mckinney, Richardson, Garland, Rowlett. <<>> Please tell me how you would you approach this project and share with me any examples of work you have done similar to this. I would prefer to use someone living in the USA for this project basically because I believe they would understand the moving processes here in the US better and what it takes. If you are outside of the USA, I am only interested IF you have previous experience of writing content for geographical locations like this. Thanks
