I will provide the e-mails+pass for all the websites and you will need to register 279 times and also verify the links at the e-mail address.
The payment will be relesed only after ALL the links are indexed at google, and they as I asked them.
Will make 30% milestone payment, Max budget for this project is 40$ or less, the lower bid will win, it is an easy job!
Time frame: 1 week.
