Greetings Writers: I need an article discussing the various financing options for someone buying a piece of equipment that is a capital investment. (I will provide the successful writer with the exact item when the bid is awarded). An example of the type of capital investment that we will be discussing would be something like a bus, limousine, or a hot-dog stand. It is an investment that will generate income that is sufficient to service its own note repayments. The article should be an intelligent, effective discussion on as many options and types of financing available. Particular attention should be focused on the buyer’s ability to leverage these assets available to them, (including the ‘investment’ itself). We want this piece written in conversational easy-to-understand language. While the content should be “in-depth??, it should be easily understandable. All content must be 100%, totally the writer’s original work. There must be NO plagiarizing, or copy-and-paste! LENGTH: We want around 30 pages minimum of 8 ½?? x 11?? size. As with any writing project, after the writer submits the first draft, there may be corrections/amendments needed. FORMATTING: Work product should be provided as a Microsoft Word document, formatted in 11 pt Verdana font with two “space-bars?? after the “periods?? (.) at the end of each sentence. Headings and subheadings must be formatted in the document. Layout should be for a standard format, with bibliography references (if any) placed at the end of the document. 4) The subject matter, concept and idea(s) provided by the buyer to the seller/writer belong solely to the buyer. The seller/writer understands and agrees that the concepts and idea(s) provided to the seller/writer are and continue to be the intellectual property of the buyer, and the buyer alone.
