Presentation Video needed

I need a five minute catchy and professional video to present an idea. The idea is based on three steps, bellow (Pillar two) is the second step, to exemplify the kind of work I need. Please bid with a suggestion of how do you see the idea at Pillar two transcripted in a video presentation, and remember that the whole video (three such ideas) must have only five minutes total. Include your budget needs in the proposal, as well. Pillar two: I like this. People like what other people do and get inspired by them. Besides the passive likeness, how they can get involved? And how they are changed by these? In our Bank these are the people who get a Trustee Role assigned to a initiative they like, and have the possibility to publicly ask questions about how things works and why in the initiative they care. They act as ambassadors, but not for the organization they represent, but for the hundreds of people out there asking inner, silent questions about: How this is possible? Why? What involves? How do they feel doing that? They are the only one who can question those doing inspiring things. Their questions and answers to them, are those with power to change our way of thinking, because the question is a reflection of our model of thinking and the answer is the explanation that adds new notes to this model.
