Urgent need for a very competent project manager to help organize, generate specifications and manage development and TESTING for a new online portal. I will work with the project manager to define the scope of the project. We will then post the project here but the manager will be responsible for selecting the winner and will follow the development. The project involves web and graphic design, as well as copywritting and the creation of online news articles. There will also be some SEO and web promotion work. In addition to the intial fee; I will pay a percentage of the cost of the entire project.
