The book is approximately 115,000 words long and includes 400 color pictures, 400 notes, a bibliography, and an index. A publisher is already lined up. The book is written in a first-person, informal style, which requires a moderate flexibility with the strict adherence to the Chicago style. The first chapter, about 7,500 words long, is ready for review.
