Native Ads & Dropshipping Sales Manager

Work description We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Native Ads & Dropshipping Manager to manage and scale our eCommerce operations in the Israeli market. This is not just a media buying role. We are looking for someone who can manage the full process from product research to scaling campaigns. If you think strategically, execute fast, and understand performance marketing deeply – this role is for you. Market • Israel only • Hebrew language – CONTENT Product Research Research and validate winning products for the Israeli market Analyze competitors and ad angles Identify trends in native & social platforms Build product testing pipeline Funnel & Landing Page Creation Build high-converting landing pages (Native style advertorials) Write persuasive Hebrew copy Structure presell articles (problem → solution → proof → CTA) Connect landing pages to Shopify store Optimize UX and mobile performance Native Ads & Paid Traffic Create, launch and manage campaigns on: Outbrain Taboola Facebook Ads Write native ad headlines & creatives Test multiple angles and creatives Optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS Scale winning campaigns Kill losing campaigns fast Tracking & Analytics Proper pixel setup (Facebook, Outbrain, Taboola) Conversion tracking Analyze metrics daily Weekly performance reports Suggest scaling strategies Requirements Proven experience in Dropshipping Proven experience with Native Ads (Outbrain / Taboola) Strong understanding of funnel psychology Fluent Hebrew (writing + reading) Ability to work independently Data-driven mindset Experience with Shopify Ability to build landing pages (Page builders / custom solutions) Bonus: Ability to create simple creatives/videos Compensation Monthly budget starting from: $500 (to be discussed) Performance bonuses based on ROAS and scaling Long-term opportunity for the right person What We Expect We are looking for someone who: Thinks like an owner Takes responsibility Brings ideas (not just executes tasks) Can manage the entire process without micromanagement To Apply, Please Answer: What is the highest ROAS you achieved on Native?
