Hiring: LinkedIn Personal Brand Manager (Part-Time) We're looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Personal Brand Manager to help build a high-impact founder profile. Responsibilities - Create and publish 3–5 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week. - Design engaging carousel posts and visuals. - Optimize and continuously improve my LinkedIn profile. - Engage with relevant founders, investors, creators, and professionals through meaningful comments. - Grow followers organically through strategic networking. - Track analytics and provide a weekly growth report. - Suggest content ideas based on trends and my goals. Expected Results (First 90 Days) - Increase profile impressions by 300%+ - Gain 2,000–5,000 targeted followers - Generate 100,000+ monthly post impressions - Achieve an average engagement rate of 5%+ - Build a strong founder brand with consistent, high-quality content Compensation - Base Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month (depending on experience) - Performance Bonus: - ₹2,000 for every 1,000 quality followers above target - ₹5,000 if monthly impressions exceed 250,000 - Additional bonuses for leads, partnerships, or speaking opportunities generated through LinkedIn Required Skills - Proven LinkedIn growth experience (show portfolio or case studies) - Strong copywriting skills - Canva or Figma for carousel design - Understanding of founder branding and storytelling - Fluent English To Apply Please include: 1.
