It is inevitable that we experience temporary disconnection in our relationships - what is important is to know how and when to repair and restore connection.
Through training and practice, I empower people to develop relational skills such as active listening, awareness, validation, and empathy. By developing these relational tools, you can create and sponsor psychological safety within your relationship, experience greater connectivity, and develop your capacity to repair and restore connectivity when it has been ruptured.
Knowing how to actively listen and speak kindly, respectfully, and directly may be all that is needed. However, if you or your partner are experiencing, or have experienced, any psychologically traumatic events that seem to be the cause of your disconnection, I encourage you to seek a more therapeutic solution.
