3D Model generation

Looking for Visual C++ or QT Creator developer with experience in 3D Model generation who can generate 3D model files either .ply file or objects using the input images from camera with continuously reading images from the camera and generate 3D models from those images.

Assume, you are using a camera and taking pictures continuously and sending to the software that generates the 3D model of the structure you are capturing with the normal camera.
