I can do it..i have worked on similar projects as my university projects.. ..As you need a software in C++ that can access the ram and show you what programs are currently loaded on the ram..that is an easy job for me..and i have plained to do it in Qt..you have not mentioned that will you need the UI or you need a dos base application???

What you show on those pictures is the process "Virtual Memory". There are a number of questions that needs to be answered: 1. What OS do you need? 2. You want only read on that memory, or you need write too? If you need write why so? Part of that memory is code. 3. You don't need access to physical RAM, just to the process virtual address space ("Primary memory"). Confirm this. Depending on your answers I might adjust the bid.

Hi! I can do this. I have a lot of low-level coding experience. Do you need GUI to edit process memory or just library to read/write it? Please give more details of your needs.
