print label with Dymo printer Via Command line

Job Description:

I have a Dymo label (450) printer

I want to print a label using its configuration file with command line ( attached )

there is an example of code in c++ but it is not working on my PC

nd there are other examples in the sdk line in Java ( attached , can be downloaded from dymo site )
