Rebuild mp3 song with Neural Network

Make a program based on neural network, which takes an mp3 file, this will be some music song, and neural network should rebuild this song using different bass and sound effects, so it sounds similar but different. It should be able to learn my music preference, like bass and other sound effects and add it to the new song, so that new song sounds good and even better using my preference. Programming language is up to you to decide, but let's discuss that. You should provide source code and executable files. Must work as described above, with demonstration.
