Firstly, I am applying for this role because I can follow instructions and I am great at what I do. I am a Virtual assistant with about 5years of hands-on experience. I have handled duties such as sales, email correspondence, social media marketing, research, customer service, and other sundry roles attached to the call of an Administrative Officer and Operations personnel. I have used my unique relational and good phone ethics skill to engage visitors and pacify customers' complaints through emails and phone calls, resulting in a better understanding and representation of the organization. In my previous role, I grew to become the Customer Support Team Lead, heading 10 other Virtual Assistants. My attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision would be an excellent add-on to your team. My US Virtual Assitant work experience includes working with a real estate agent in New Jersey, A janitorial service company in Colorado Springs, and an automotive parts dealer in Colorado Springs.
I am available to work M-F within the US work hours. I am tech-savvy, proficient at using G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zendesk, Google sheets, and Trello, and willing to learn any new software.
