Requesting Criminal Lawyer- re- failed to comply- conditional sentence- probation

Job Description:

I am a Canadian resident - looking for legal direction/ options to exercise.-- I was involved in an incident back, in September of 2018. Long story, short; an altercation with two other males, - I prevailed over the outcome of the ordeal, however, one of the alleged victims lied to police, which got me arrested, and charged n 2 accounts. 4 1/2 years later trial dates were set for September 27-28-29- 2022-: Verdict went 50/50. of the two charges. Sentencing was to take place on [login to view URL] Dec-05-2022, I sourced/retained the services of an appellate lawyer(difficult to find) to appeal the one part of a decision that decided my guilt.(despite providing an independent witness to account for the entire ordeal; the Judge based her decision, stating, "felt that the witness couldn't provide enough specifics from the questioning with the Crown: therefore deemed "uncredible".. Part of the given a sentence - (re: on a conditional discharge/ probation- where one of the condition order is "not driving'. . Immediately spoke the following day with the appellate lawyer about the game plan and then left things to it. I reached out after the new year to inquire about a status/ update when I was informed that the transcripts of the trial may not be available to obtain until possibly the end of February before reviewing/collecting pertinent information/ putting together a case toward appeal/stay ( Note- I thought there was a time limit to file for appeals/stays/lawsuits etc...? ) I instructed the lawyer to contact/discuss my matter with the criminal lawyer that was retained /representing my case for the trials. ( made sense not just to go on my word only but from a second viable person/colleague in his field) Waited another month and then reached out requesting confirmation of the appeal/stay... Maybe a week and a half ago, I received, via email, correspondence from the assistant/secretary/paralegal reply stating, copy in the above attachment as per your request, titled, File of Appeal .. I resumed driving last week. After being pulled over by an OPP officer who informed me that I violated/breached probation for "failure to comply" ---Additional details may be provided upon further correspondence or phone chat..
