I’m looking for a seasoned community or CRM professional (3 + years) who can run our alumni engagement platform from end to end and measurably boost participation. You’ll own daily operations—content scheduling, event coordination, user onboarding, data hygiene—and drive outreach primarily through our social-media channels, ensuring our message stays consistent and lively. Two fundraising modules are already live and need expert stewardship: • Donation tracking and management • Campaign creation and management You’ll analyse engagement metrics, suggest tweaks, and prepare concise monthly reports so we can see exactly how the community, and the fundraising elements, are performing. Strong written and verbal communication, superb organisation, and an eye for detail are non-negotiable. Familiarity with typical alumni SaaS platforms (AlmaShines) plus basic CRM and marketing-automation skills will help you hit the ground running. Deliverables will include an initial 90-day action plan, weekly progress checkpoints, and a month-end analytics deck summarising participation growth, social-media reach, and donation-campaign performance.
