We are a growing technology services company working with startups and businesses on website development, custom software solutions, and automation. We are looking for a commission-based Business Development Partner who can help us bring new clients for IT services. What you will do: • Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, businesses) • Understand client requirements and share qualified leads with our team • Coordinate initial discussions or meetings when required Compensation model: • This is a commission-only role (no fixed salary) • 15%–25% commission on every successfully closed project • Long-term collaboration for consistent performers Who should apply: • Experience in B2B sales or IT services sales • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset If you have prior experience or existing contacts in IT services sales, that will be a strong advantage.
