I need the configuration of one of these open source CRM, Sugar CRM or the Suite CRM, so I could control of three modules:
I. The selling products to two type of clients:
One client by a project that can be composed of many products
One product is a service that has to be offered in a data
One product has resources as persons and instruments
The resources need to be administered, so they are not overbooked.
One project has steps till get to the final product:
- the budget, the pre-approval, the approval
One product as a "Coctel show" have steps until get to the presentation date
- the choosing of songs, the essay, the last essay, the presentation
- the project can be paid in many parts, usually 2 or 3
II. The management of incomes and expenses
From the incomes of selling projects to clients, it is needed to control the expenses in paying salaries, home maintenance, buying supplies. expenses that are part of the services offered (products)
III. The management of the supplies of products
control the supplies, the instruments, the personal,
installation of the system in a shared hosting. I do own one in hostgator.
the model does not exceed 15 entities in DB
the actual data is being administered in Excel, with no more of 500 rows and 25 columns.
