This full-time, multi-month assignment places you at the centre of our hydraulics operation. The role blends frontline service with technical know-how, so every day you will draw on your mechanical trade or engineering qualification to keep customers happy and projects moving. Core focus • Customer inquiries & support – respond by phone or email, identify the real issue and offer clear, technically correct answers. • Sales & project coordination – generate quotes, enter orders, manage lead times, and liaise with suppliers so jobs ship on schedule. • Technical troubleshooting – analyse basic faults in pumps, valves and power units, then guide end users toward a fix or escalate internally. What makes you a good fit – Proven hydraulics background: workshop, field service or design. – Mechanical trade certificate or engineering degree. – Solid sales experience: spotting upsell opportunities, closing orders and maintaining CRM accuracy. – Fluent English, both written and spoken, for confident customer conversations. Availability The position runs full time (38 hours per week) for the next few months, with the potential to extend if project load remains high.
