Indian SDR / Sales Representative Needed for CashewSoft ERP We are looking for an Indian SDR (Sales Development Representative) / Sales Person to help grow CashewSoft, our ERP solution developed specifically for the cashew processing industry. Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with decision-makers in cashew factories across India. - Communicate effectively to make clients understand why CashewSoft ERP is important. - Conduct initial discussions and ensure clients understand key benefits. - When they show interest, hand over the next discussions to our team. - Qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales process. Compensation: This is a performance-based opportunity: - 15–20% incentive on the initial ERP setup fee for closed deals - 2–4% commission on recurring subscriptions for the first 3 months Requirements: - Good communication skills - Ability to explain product value and engage clients professionally - Experience in B2B sales, SDR, lead generation, or business development is preferred - Self-motivated and target-oriented
