We value long-term collaboration, professionalism, and consistency. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Sales & Pre-Construction Coordinator to join us long-term. This is not a call-center role and not high-pressure sales. This is a consultative sales position focused on understanding clients, educating them properly, qualifying projects, and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with the owner and play a key role before construction begins. RESPONSIBILITIES -Handle and qualify inbound leads (calls, forms, referrals) -Ask the right questions about scope, materials, timing, and budget -Educate clients on realistic budget ranges for kitchens and bathrooms -Guide prospects through our process: preliminary budget → design → final approval -Respectfully disqualify non-viable projects -Follow up consistently and manage a sales pipeline -Build and maintain relationships with: Contractors, Builders, Architects, and Real Estate Professionals -Help generate new business opportunities through outreach and partnerships What You Will NOT Do -No site visits or measurements -No final pricing decisions -No construction execution -No margin negotiation Your role ends once the final budget is approved and the project deposit is paid. TIME & COMMITMENT 30+ hours per week Long-term collaboration We offer flexibility and autonomy within a structured, professional work environment Ownership, responsibility, and follow-through are essential Availability to work at least partially aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours COMPENSATION STRUCTURE -Hourly base rate (as posted) $6.00-$10.00 -Additional performance-based commission per confirmed project -The commission structure will be explained clearly during the interview process. -Earnings are based on real projects, not sales promises. REQUIEREMENTS -Languages English: Fluent and clear spoken English (required) — you will speak directly with U.S. clients Spanish: Fluent (required) -Sales experience in remodeling, construction, real estate, or home services -Comfortable discussing scope, materials, and budgets -Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) -Professional, reliable, and long-term mindset *We are primarily looking for freelancers based in Colombia or Mexico. Candidates from these locations will be given priority due to time zone alignment and communication availability.
