I need a streamlined way for visitors to turn into sales leads directly on my website. The goal is to capture two key pieces of information—(1) the prospect’s name and contact details and (2) their company information—and route everything into an organised database or CRM for fast follow-up. Traffic will be driven primarily through ongoing search-engine-optimisation efforts, so the solution must be lightweight, fast-loading and fully compliant with on-page SEO best practices (clean HTML, minimal scripts, schema where helpful). What I expect you to handle: • Design and embed a responsive lead-capture form that matches my site’s look and feel. • Set up behind-the-scenes validation and spam protection so the data is clean. • Connect the form to a CRM, spreadsheet, or email workflow (I’m open to your suggestion) and confirm the data is flowing correctly. • Create a short, branded confirmation email to the prospect plus an internal notification to me. • Add basic event tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager or similar) so I can measure form views, submissions and conversion rates. Acceptance criteria: 1. Form collects name, email/phone and company fields without page errors. 2. All submissions appear in the chosen database/CRM within one minute of form completion. 3. Auto-response and internal alert emails send reliably and are not flagged as spam. 4. Tracking events fire and are visible inside Google Analytics real-time reports. 5. Page speed (mobile and desktop) remains within Google ‘Good’ thresholds after integration.
