128844 CSS troubleshooting on page

Greetings. I have a simple web page that I designed and built in html/css. It renders fine in Firefox (Mac/PC) but is broken in IE6+ (win). I would like to find a CSS guru to help fix the page, and in addition, become a long-term CSS development partner. I know the fix is simple, for an expert-level coder. I rank 6 on a scale of 1-10 in skills (10 best). You be somewhere between 7-10. p.s. I'd rather work with an individual -- I am not interested in hiring a full-fledged company.
