155769 HTML/CSS cleanup...

I have an HTML and CSS page (1 each) that display properly, but that have many extra tags and code. I need someone to clean up both pages to use only the code required to make the page display properly in all browsers (Firefox as baseline, also IE and so on). Among other things, this will require removing and combining definitions in the CSS file, and removing tags from the HTML file.

I want standards compliant code, please.
