Magento Theme Customization and Homepage implementation

Looking for: - At least 2 years experience in Magento Theming and Development, Magento Certified Highly prepared. - Availability to tackle the project as soon as possible and show advancement on a daily basis. Offering: - The upper range of the Simple Project budget, USD180-250. - Well defined requirements and easy to validate deliverable: Dynamic page served from Magento that matches currently static HTML. - Responsive client with experience managing contractors with respect on a different freelance platform, hence the fact of no feedback on this platform yet. Scope: - This job only includes the Homepage, and other page theming is out scope. - However other pages should at the very least serve the container, canvas area that the global theme defines (see screenshot). Starting point (currently static homepage) ([login to view URL]) - From a Responsive HTML homepage design - Based on the Twitter Bootstrap. The job: Take our currently empty, out of the box Magento 1.8.1 with the Ultimo Magento Theme to: - Customize the Theme (output) so that our Homepage looks like the Static Homepage ([login to view URL]) The screenshot below gives you an idea of what needs to be done at least with the upper section of the page. - Ensure that the final page is responsive as the currently Static HTML is. - Ensure that all currently static fields like images, large logos and text fields are served from the Magento CMS and thus can be edited form the Magento Back End. (No text, or images harcoded in HTML) Special Notes: - We are understanding of limitations in skinning and theming, and although the intent is that the ultimate Magento page looks as closely as the current one, we can discuss if any details should be implemented in an alternative and acceptable way that doesn't negatively affect the look and feel of the page. - Fonts: We will use Google Fonts provided by the Ultimo Theme, and not the custom font currently used in the HTML.
