CSS Backdrop Filter Blur Not Working Opera & SS Internet

I have backdrop-filter: blur(1em); applied to buttons, card overlay, mobile hamburger background, but it doesn't work on Samsung Internet or Opera. This CSS property is supported but for some reasons it doesn't work. I'd love to hire someone to look into this for me. It works great on Chrome.
